This is the Courier BL-100 amplifier.  This was another 2 tube single stage design which put out in the neighborhood of 120 watts of peak power. Controls were sparse, with only an On/Off switch, a relative output meter, and a neon bulb for a power indicator.  This amplifier was actually FCC type accepted at the time of manufacture (for business bands, not for CB use). There were a few of these amps in use in the local area, including those owned by Dead Soldier and Pony Express.
