This is the Lafayette Telsat 1023. This radio featured 23 channels, Delta tune, ANL, and a PA.  This radio was popular in the early 70's, and represented the move away from tubes, to all solid state circuitry.   By the time the "CB boom" had hit full swing though, this model was generally no longer available, so it did not see wide popularity within the up and coming group in our area. The model that replaced it was the Telsat 924, which looked similar, except it also included a channel 9 monitor.  Billy Goat owned a radio like this during the years 1972-1975, and used a Turner +2 desk mic with it.
